Threshold

Nature Retreat for Women in British Columbia

Reconnect with your rhythm. Reset your spirit. Remember who you are.

September 23–28, 2005 | Denetiah, Northern BC

This is more than a retreat, it is a remembering…

in every person’s life, when the noise becomes too loud, the pace too fast, and the roles too tight…

In that moment, something ancient stirs — a call to step away, to return to stillness, to meet herself again.

Threshold is that moment, made sacred.

Set in the remote wilderness of Denetiah, Northern British Columbia — accessible only by float plane — this 5-night retreat offers a rare and powerful container to reset your system, reconnect to your essence, and cross into the next version of yourself.

You’ll be held by untouched land, crystalline waters, nourishing food, and the slow rhythm of nature.

Through daily practices in stillness, personal numerology, movement, and sacred reflection, you’ll remember who you are beneath the doing.

Both hold ancient wisdom.

Your personal numerology is a map — one that reveals your cycles, your soul gifts, and the rhythm of your becoming.

Nature mirrors this perfectly — reminding you how to trust timing, how to listen, and how to be.

When numbers and nature are brought together in sacred space, they offer you a powerful portal of clarity, healing, and return.

Your personal numerology is a map.

During Threshold, you’ll experience:

Numerology teachings to decode your personal blueprint

Daily stillness, movement, and nature-based rituals

Sacred time for integration, journaling, rest, and remembering

Intimate group connection in a heart-led, soul-honoring circle

1:1 guidance and reflection from your host, Heather Ruth

Deep nourishment through food, land, and presence

You’ll Leave With...

A deep connection to your essence —

not just as an idea, but in your bones

A personal rhythm map (based on your numerology) to guide your next chapter

A reset nervous system, an open heart, and the courage to honor what’s true

A soul memory that you’ll carry with you long after you return

Food For The Soul

As autumn edges in with her golden hush, our meals become a grounded celebration of the season—nourishing, elemental, and alive with the spirit of the land. Whether crafted by a guest chef or co-created in community, each dish will reflect the gifts of this turning time: wild-harvested berries, root vegetables, fresh-caught fish, slow-roasted meats, and broths that warm from within. Cooking becomes a communal ritual—hands in the dough, herbs crushed between fingers, stories woven into the scent of simmering stews. We eat together by firelight, held by the rhythms of the wild, feeding not just our bodies but our connection to each other and the changing earth.

Programming

My truest desire for this retreat is for us to connect with our innermost intimate selves, in the mundane moments where nothing is scheduled and we are at the whim of our own hearts and bodies.  To move in the most natural ways, to remove the push and hustle from our everyday being, to embrace more of those feminine aspects within our being, to balance with our masculine energy, to make a life whole in its experience.

Meet Your Guide

Heather Ruth is a life path guide, Master Numerologist, and intuitive educator devoted to helping others reconnect with their true rhythm and inner knowing.

With a background in emotional wellness, holistic coaching, and energetic systems, Heather weaves together ancient wisdom and practical embodiment to create transformational spaces where people feel seen, safe, and spiritually reawakened.

Known for her earthy presence and mystical insight, Heather leads from the heart — blending numerology, nature, and soul inquiry into an experience that feels both sacred and deeply human.

She believes stillness is a portal, rhythm is medicine, and that remembering who you are is the most powerful healing there is.

At home, Heather is a mother, partner, gardener, and lover of rivers, bohemian pants, and conversations that go straight to the soul. She created Threshold as a ceremonial space for others to return to their essence — gently, courageously, and in rhythm with the land.
